The Space

Villa Caracol has 3 bedrooms at the 2-nd floor and a maid bedroom at the 1-st.

- The master bedroom has the KING size bed, AC, its own bathroom and dressing room.

- Second bedroom has QUEEN size bed and AC. (this bedroom has shared bathroom with the 3-rd bedroom)

- Third bedroom has 2 TWIN beds, AC. It is possible to prepare an extra sofa TWIN bed on request. (this bedroom has shared bathroom with the 2-nd bedroom)

- The maid's room has a bunk bed, it's own bathroom. Maid bedroom has the entrance from outside.

- It is possible to prepare the playpen bed for baby on request.

Villa has a comfortable equipped kitchen (coffee maker, juicer, blender, microwave, etc.), beautiful dining and living area with large outside terrace where you can enjoy the view, swim in a private pool and make BBQ))). The villa has all necessary for accommodation and pleasant rest with your family and friends!!

Guest access

INCLUDED :
- GAS, HOT WATER & WIFI 24 hours
- Smart TV
- Own private terrace with BBQ and private POOL
- Bed linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper provided upon arrival
- The house cleaning is making before guest's arrival and after guest's departure.

Other things to note

We care about the health and safety of our guests. Therefore, before each arrival, we do a thorough cleaning and disinfection:
- Towels and bedding are heat treated.
- Disinfection of all surfaces is carried out using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine and chlorine dioxide.
- We also have equipment for disinfecting rooms with ozone. Ozonation is carried out on prior request no later than 24 hours before arrival (extracharge).
